Who processes your data

The controller of your personal data is Clientee AI, s.r.o., company ID 23435186, VAT CZ23435186, registered office Příčná 1892/4, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic (“Clientee”). Contact: petr@clientee.co, +420 605 999 609.

What data and why

When you write to us through the form, by email or by phone, we process your name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use this data only to reply to your inquiry and, where relevant, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

How long we keep it

If we don't start working together, we delete the data from your inquiry within 12 months at the latest. If we do, we keep it for the duration of our cooperation and for as long as the law requires.

Who has access to it

We store the data in a CRM system that we run on the HighLevel platform. Only the people at Clientee who handle your inquiry have access to it, along with technical service providers that process data for us under a contract.

AI receptionist demo

On the Try an AI receptionist page you can enter a website address, a business name and description, and write messages. We use this only to run the demo: our server downloads the public pages of the website you enter and sends their text, together with your messages, to the Claude AI model from Anthropic (USA), which acts as our processor. We don't store the conversation; it stays in your browser until you close the tab. To prevent abuse, we briefly keep your IP address in the server's memory, and if Cloudflare Turnstile verification is switched on, Cloudflare also processes technical data about your browser. Please don't enter other people's personal data in the demo.

You can also call the receptionist from your browser in the demo. The sound from your microphone and the business name and profile from the demo are then sent to Vapi (Vapi, Inc., USA), which acts as our processor: it turns speech into text, has an AI model reply, and turns the reply back into speech. Your browser only switches the microphone on after you click and allow it. A call lasts at most 3 minutes, nothing from it goes into our CRM and nobody will call you because of it. The call is recorded: Vapi keeps the recording and transcript, with the time and length of the call, under its processor terms. We use them only to check the quality of the demo. Please don't share sensitive details or other people's personal data during the call.

"Ask Clientee" chat

The chat in the bottom-right corner answers using the Claude AI model from Anthropic (USA), which acts as our processor. Your messages and the address of the page you're on are sent for processing only to produce a reply. We don't store the conversation; it stays in your browser until you close the tab. If you ask us in the chat to get in touch and give your name and a phone number or email, we store them with a summary and transcript of the conversation in our CRM and process them in the same way as data from the contact form. To prevent abuse, we briefly keep your IP address in the server's memory.

Google profile check

On the Google profile check page you enter a business name and town. Our server sends them to the Google Places API (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) and returns public details about businesses from Google Maps. We don't store the results; the link to them only contains Google's place identifier. To prevent abuse, we briefly keep your IP address in the server's memory. If you ask for the results by email, we store your email address and the link to the check in our CRM and process them in the same way as data from the contact form.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to petr@clientee.co. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
