Reputation

Reviews and reputation under control

The reputation module in Clientee CRM sends the customer a review request after every job, watches for new reviews on Google and Facebook and uses AI to draft a reply. You put selected reviews on your website. If you'd rather have someone handle reviews for you, we offer that as a separate Google reviews service.

What happens to reviews without a system

  1. 01

    Happy customers don't leave reviews

They thank you in person and never write a review, because they forget. Mostly the angry ones leave ratings.

  2. 02

A hundred reviews with no reply

Nobody answered the older reviews, and starting now looks like a week of work.

  3. 03

    No reviews on your website

Your Google rating is good, but visitors to your website never see it.

What the reputation module does

  • 01/06

    Review request after the service

When a job is closed or a visit ends, a text, email or WhatsApp message goes out with a link straight to the review form.

  • 02/06

    All reviews in one place

New reviews from your Google Business Profile and Facebook show up in the CRM, and you get a notification for each one.

  • 03/06

    AI replies in three modes

AI only suggests a reply for your approval, replies on its own, or gradually works through old reviews that never got an answer. You pick the mode.

  • 04/06

A summary of what people say

AI pulls out what customers praise and what they complain about. You see it without reading every review.

  • 05/06

    Reviews on your website

Embed selected reviews on your site as a widget. New ones are added automatically.

  • 06/06

A QR code for the counter

Print a QR code linking to your review page on receipts, business cards or a sign at the register.

Profiles, requests and replies

  1. 01

    We connect your profiles

We link your Google Business Profile and Facebook and check that the review links go to the right place.

  2. 02

    We set up the requests

We write the request messages and decide when they go out after a job.

  3. 03

    We tune the AI replies

At first you approve every reply. Once they sound like your business, you can leave routine reviews to the AI.

How we think about it

You answer a review mainly for the people who will read it next month.

(04) FAQ

Questions about reviews in the CRM

01Can I send review requests only to happy customers?

No. Google forbids filtering who gets to leave a review, so everyone gets the link. You can still catch an unhappy customer earlier if they get in touch with you directly.

02Won't AI replies sound robotic?

We tune the replies to your tone, and they respond to what the customer actually wrote. For critical reviews, we recommend approving each reply before it goes out.

03What about old reviews with no reply?

The AI can work through them gradually, a few replies a day, so it doesn't look like a mass cleanup. You can check what will go out beforehand.

04Which platforms does the module monitor?

Mainly Google Business Profile and Facebook. Other platforms with a public review page can be added. We check that based on your industry.

05How is this different from the Google reviews service?

The reputation module is a tool in the CRM that you can run yourself. With the Google reviews service, we take over the setup, the messages, the replies and the care of your Google Business Profile.
