AI for business
AI for business: the work you don't have time for
AI answers customers on your website, on WhatsApp and on the phone, and saves your team the typing and the call notes. It runs inside Clientee CRM, works only from what you give it about your business, and you can take over any conversation.

What AI does, what it doesn't, and where a person steps in
Six places where AI works in Clientee CRM. For each one: what it does for you, what it won't do, and who keeps an eye on it.
| What it does | What it doesn't | Where a person steps in | |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01 Chat and messages Website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS |
|
| At first it only drafts replies and a person approves them. You can take over any conversation at any time. |
| 02 Phone Inbound and outbound calls |
|
| You set the handover rules. You can listen to or read every call. |
| 03 Reviews Google and other profiles |
|
| You approve replies to criticism. Routine thank-yous can go out on their own if you want. |
| 04 Copy Emails, posts, website |
|
| You edit the text and approve the send. |
| 05 Team helper Questions about your CRM data |
|
| Only your team uses it. You check every automation before it goes live. |
| 06 AI agents Watching inquiries and payments |
|
| Every step an agent takes is logged, and you change the rules. |
You decide which of these to switch on. We start with one and add the next once the first works.
(02) Sound familiar?
Where you're short of hands
- 01
Customers write when nobody's there
At 10:15 pm a message comes in through your website asking whether you have a slot on Saturday. By morning the customer has booked somewhere else.
- 02
The same questions, over and over
Opening hours, free slots, where to park, what to bring. You answer them every day, by hand.
- 03
No time for notes after a call
Calls come back to back, and you don't get to write down what the customer wanted and what you promised. A week later nobody remembers.

Where AI in Clientee CRM does the work
- 01/06
AI chat on your website, WhatsApp and Instagram
It answers questions at any hour, in your customers' language, from the information you give it. It can offer a free slot and book it on the spot. It can reply on its own or only prepare drafts for a person to approve.
- 02/06
AI receptionist on the phone
Voice AI answers calls at night, on weekends or at busy times, finds out what the caller needs, then books them or transfers them to a colleague. After the call, the CRM has the transcript and a summary. We've handled 1,700,000+ AI calls in the last 3.5 years.
- 03/06
Asking about each inquiry, and watching for replies
The AI asks about location, timing or the size of the job and saves the answers to the contact. An AI agent then makes sure no new inquiry or unpaid payment link is left without a response.
- 04/06
Writing copy
Drafts of emails, social posts, website copy and review replies in your company's style. You get a first version and edit it.
- 05/06
A helper for your team inside the CRM
Ask something like “which of this week's inquiries has nobody called yet?” and you get a list. Describe an automation in one sentence and the AI builds it.
- 06/06
A knowledge base built from your material
Upload your website, FAQs, house rules or a PDF describing your services once. Chat, phone and AI agents all answer from the same information.
How we think about it
A well-configured AI knows what it doesn't know. At that point it hands the customer to a person.
(04) Rollout
We bring in AI one job at a time
- 01
We pick one job for the AI
We start where you lose customers or time today: messages after hours, missed calls or writing replies.
- 02
We set the material and the limits
We write down what the AI needs to know, what it must not answer and when it should hand the conversation to a person.
- 03
We test before launch
We try the AI on real questions from your business and on test calls before it talks to its first customer.
- 04
We review and tune
We go through the conversations and add knowledge. Only when one task works do we add the next.
(05) FAQ
Questions about AI, data and the AI Act
01Where should a business start with AI?
Where you lose customers or time today. Often that's messages after hours, missed calls or replies to reviews. We start with one thing, check that it works, then add more.
02Do customers have to know they're talking to AI?
Yes. The EU AI Act requires that people know they're dealing with AI unless it's obvious. So both the chat and the voice AI introduce themselves as your company's AI assistant right at the start. On the phone, the opening line also says the call is recorded.
03Where does the data go, and what about GDPR?
Clientee CRM runs on the HighLevel platform, which stores data on servers in the USA. Transfers are covered by a data processing agreement with Standard Contractual Clauses, and HighLevel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We help you set up consent and unsubscribe handling, and who on your team sees what. Have a lawyer review the wording for your privacy policy. AI features process text and calls with language model providers such as OpenAI, Google or Anthropic, mostly in the USA too. We don't put health data or details of clients' finances into the knowledge base or into AI replies.
04What if the AI gives a wrong answer?
The AI answers from the material you give it, with set limits on what it must not answer. When it isn't sure, it hands the conversation to a person. At first it can just suggest replies for approval, and you see every conversation in the CRM.
05Does the AI work in my language?
The chat replies in your customers' language, and the voice AI officially supports English, Czech, German, Slovak and Polish, among others. Quality depends on the voice chosen, so you listen to test calls first. Everything your customers see is in their language: messages, emails, forms, booking pages and AI replies. Your team uses the interface in English or one of 12 other languages, such as German, Spanish or French. Czech isn't one of them yet. We give you guides and support in English or Czech.
06Does AI make sense for a clinic or a financial advisory firm?
Yes, within sensible limits. The AI can book appointments, answer practical questions and send reminders. We keep health information and details of clients' finances out of the knowledge base and the AI's replies, and the AI passes such questions to a person.
07Will AI replace my staff?
It takes the routine off them: repeated questions, call notes, first drafts. Decisions, complex cases and customers who want to speak to a person stay with your team.
