Integrations & API
CRM integrations: accounting, online store and the apps you already use
Clientee CRM, built on the HighLevel (GoHighLevel) platform, connects to most of the apps businesses commonly use. Common tools have ready-made integrations and marketplace apps, thousands more connect through Zapier, Make or n8n, and for everything else there's a REST API and webhooks. Data then moves between the CRM, your accounting, your online store and your internal systems on its own.
(01) Retyping
Where you retype data today
- 01
Data retyped by hand
An order from the online store, a contact into the CRM, details into invoicing. Every day someone copies the same name into three systems.
- 02
Systems that don't know about each other
The customer has paid, but the salesperson keeps sending reminders. The information stayed in another app.
- 03
Worry about switching
You don't want to throw out the tools you're used to. And you don't want a new system that can't talk to them.

How we connect the CRM
- 01/06
Ready-made integrations
Google Calendar, Gmail, Outlook, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, Stripe, QuickBooks, Shopify, Zoom or Slack connect in the settings.
- 02/06
Zapier, Make and n8n
Through these tools we connect thousands more apps, such as Xero, WooCommerce or Google Sheets, without custom code.
- 03/06
Webhooks in both directions
A new WooCommerce order can create a contact through a webhook and trigger a thank-you message. A change in the CRM can send data elsewhere the same way.
- 04/06
REST API
The API reaches contacts, deals, calendars, conversations and payments, as well as your custom objects. Use it to connect your own software.
- 05/06
Custom fields and objects
We fit the CRM to your industry: vehicles at a car service, properties at a real estate agency, policies at an adviser. Linked to contacts.
- 06/06
Connection to AI assistants
Through an MCP server, an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT can read and update CRM data, if you give it access.
How we think about it
A good integration is one you forget about after launch.
(03) Process
From a list of tools to a monitored connection
- 01
We list your tools
Which apps you use, what data flows between them and where it gets retyped by hand today.
- 02
We choose the route
A ready-made integration, Make, Zapier, n8n or the API. We pick the simplest one that works reliably.
- 03
We build and test
We try the integration on test data before we switch it on for real customers and orders.
- 04
We keep it running
When an integration stops, for example because the other app changed something, we fix it.
(04) FAQ
Questions about integrations
01Can you connect my accounting tool, like Xero or QuickBooks?
Yes. QuickBooks has a native integration. Other accounting tools we connect through Make, Zapier, n8n or their own API. We agree with you and your accountant on exactly what gets transferred.
02What if my app has no API?
We look for another route, such as a regular export to a spreadsheet or processing the emails the app sends. If it can't be done reliably, we tell you straight away.
03Do I need to know how to code?
No. We build and maintain the integrations. You tell us what should go where.
04Can we connect our own in-house software?
Yes, if it has an API or can receive webhooks. If you need custom software or an app built for you, our sister brand Nallio (nallio.io) develops it.
05Is the connection secure?
Integrations use OAuth login or private access keys with limited permissions. Connected apps get access only to the data they need, and access can be revoked at any time.
06What if I already use another CRM?
We move your data from HubSpot, Pipedrive or a spreadsheet. If you want to keep the old system running for a while, we can connect the two during the switch.
