01Who is Clientee for?

For service businesses that run on phone calls and inquiries: car repair shops, trades, clinics, real estate, salons, financial advisers and training providers. Typically your customers call and write to you, and you don't want to lose any of them.

02Do I have to take everything, or can I start with one thing?

You can start with one thing, for example just an AI receptionist on your phone line or just review requests. Simpler setups run within days. A custom website or a full CRM with AI voice agents takes weeks. We add the other parts when they make sense and connect them to what's already running.

03What is Clientee CRM, and how does it relate to GoHighLevel?

Clientee CRM is built on the HighLevel (GoHighLevel) platform. We set it up for you, adapt it to your business, connect it to your website, phone and AI, and teach your team to work with it. You get one system and one partner who knows it well.

04Will the customer know an AI is calling?

Yes, and that's how it should be. The agent introduces itself as an AI assistant, as the EU AI Act requires. It speaks naturally in English and many other languages, including German and Czech, so most people simply talk to it as usual. Whenever needed, it hands the call to a person.

05How is the price put together?
