Why reviews don't pile up
- 01
Happy customers stay quiet
Customers thank you in person but don't write a review, because they forget. So the people leaving ratings are mostly the angry ones.
- 02
Competitors have more stars
Someone searches in Maps and sees you next to a business with lots of fresh reviews. Few ratings look like few customers.
- 03
Nobody replies to reviews
Praise sits there without a thank-you, criticism without a response. Future customers mostly read how you treat people when something goes wrong.

How we get you more Google reviews
- 01/06
Automatic request after each job
As soon as you close a job in the CRM, the customer gets an SMS or email with a link straight to the review form. For physical locations we prepare a QR code for the counter, receipt or business card.
- 02/06
Catch problems early
A low rating sends you an alert, so you can contact the customer yourself. But everyone still gets the Google link, because Google bans filtering who gets to leave a review.
- 03/06
AI reply drafts
AI drafts a reply to every review in your tone: a thank-you, an apology or a factual explanation. You approve it, or let routine thank-yous go out automatically.
- 04/06
Every rating in one view
You hear about every new review right away. You see how your rating changes over time and can respond to criticism while it's still fresh.
- 05/06
A tuned Business Profile
We go through the categories, services, description, opening hours, photos and posts in your Google Business Profile. A complete, active profile is the base that reviews build on.
- 06/06
Visibility in Maps
The number, recency and rating of reviews are among the signals Google weighs in local search. Steady new reviews make it more likely that people nearby find you.
How we think about it
The best time to ask for a review is right after a happy customer walks out. Not a month later, when they no longer remember.
(04) Process
From profile audit to the first requests
- 01
Profile and review audit
We look at your Google Business Profile, your current reviews and the competition in your area, and tell you where the biggest gaps are.
- 02
Setting up requests
We write the SMS and email texts, prepare QR codes and connect everything to Clientee CRM, so the request goes out at the right moment after the job.
- 03
Replies and alerts
We switch on new-review alerts and AI reply drafts in your tone. We fine-tune the replies together before they go into everyday use.
- 04
Ongoing care
We track how reviews come in, adjust the timing and wording of the requests, and keep your profile active.
(05) FAQ
Questions about reviews and Google's rules
01Do automatic review requests follow Google's rules?
Yes. Google doesn't forbid asking for reviews. It forbids buying, rewarding or filtering them. That's why every customer gets the link to the public review form, however satisfied they were.
02Can you keep negative reviews off Google?
No, and nobody honest can promise that. Google bans this kind of filtering (review gating). What we can do is make sure you hear about an unhappy customer early and fix the problem before they describe it in public.
03When exactly does the customer get the request?
Whenever you set it, for example an hour after the job is done or the day after a visit. If they don't respond, one gentle reminder can follow. No more than that, because we don't want to annoy anyone.
04Won't AI replies sound robotic?
No. We tune the replies to your tone, and they respond to what each review actually says. For critical reviews we recommend approving the reply before it goes out.
05Can you delete a bad review?
A review can't be removed just because you don't like it. If it breaks Google's rules, for example because it's fake or abusive, we'll help you report it. For everything else, a factual, polite reply works best.
06How soon will I see results?
The first new reviews usually arrive soon after launch, because every new customer gets the request. The pace depends mostly on how many customers you serve.
