Reporting
Know where paying customers come from
Reporting in Clientee CRM connects data on leads, deals, bookings and payments. You see which ad, page or campaign a contact came from, how many of them turned into deals and how each colleague is doing. You arrange the reports on a dashboard and never have to export anything to Excel.

What you'll see in the reports
- 01/06
Your own dashboard
Leads, deal value, appointments and payments on one screen. Everyone arranges what they need to see.
- 02/06
The source of every contact
Each contact stores where they first came from and what brought them in most recently: an ad, search, a campaign or a referral.
- 03/06
Ads against results
Facebook and Google ad spend next to the number of leads and deals they produced.
- 04/06
Appointment overview
How many bookings came in, how many were canceled and how many people didn't show up. By calendar and by colleague.
- 05/06
Campaign results
Opens, clicks and replies for emails and texts. You see which message brought customers back.
- 06/06
Team performance
How many leads each person got, how quickly they replied and how many deals they closed. Access to reports is set by role.
(02) Without numbers
Where the numbers are missing
- 01
The ads run, the results are a mystery
Facebook reports clicks, Google reports conversions. Neither tells you how many of them became paid jobs.
- 02
You build the report by hand
At the end of the month you pull data from three places and stitch it together in Excel. By the time it's done, the numbers are old.
- 03
You don't know where deals stall
Plenty of leads come in, but few jobs get signed. A spreadsheet won't show you at which stage people drop off.

(03) Setup
Questions first, then numbers
- 01
We decide what you want to know
A few questions you want answered every week. We build the dashboard around them.
- 02
We set up source tracking
We tag the links in your ads and campaigns and connect your ad accounts, so the source is recorded on every contact.
- 03
We go through the first numbers
After the first few weeks, we sit down over the reports and show you what to read from them.
(04) FAQ
Questions about reports
01Does this replace Google Analytics?
No, it adds to it. Analytics shows what happens on your website. The CRM shows what happened with a specific person afterward: whether they came to the meeting and paid.
02Is source attribution always accurate?
No. If a visitor declines cookies or comes back on another device, the source may not be recorded. For most leads from website forms and ad lead forms, you will see it.
03Will I see where phone calls came from?
Only for calls that go through numbers connected to the CRM. Separate tracking numbers for individual ads depend on which local numbers are available in your country, and we check that before launch.
04Will colleagues see the whole company's numbers?
Only if you allow it. We set permissions so a salesperson sees their own results and you see the whole company.
05Can I get the data into another tool?
Yes. You can export the data or send it through the API and integrations to Google Sheets or your own reporting, for example.
