What people ask about websites
01What kinds of businesses do you build websites for?
Mostly small and mid-size businesses that want inquiries from their website, not an online business card. We've built sites for a sports club, a volunteer fire department, a financial education brand and a company that raises capital for real estate projects.
02Will you write the copy, or do I have to supply it?
We write it. What we need from you is knowledge of your field and your customers, and we'll get that out of you in the first meeting. After that you just comment and approve.
03How long does a custom website take?
It depends on the scope and on how quickly we agree on the materials. A smaller business website is usually done within weeks, and larger projects take longer. You get an exact timeline at the start.
04Can I edit the site myself?
Yes, if you want to. We set the site up so you can make everyday text and image changes yourself. Or send us a request and we'll make the change for you.
05Why should a website be connected to a CRM?
Because an inquiry sitting in an email inbox is easy to lose. In Clientee CRM every inquiry has its place on the deal board, a person responsible for it and an automatic reply. You also see which channels bring you customers.
06Can you build a more complex app, not just a website?
Web apps, client portals and custom software are built by our sister brand Nallio (nallio.io). If your project goes beyond a classic website, we'll put you in touch.
07Will you take over our current website?
Yes. We'll review it and tell you honestly what's worth keeping and what should be redone. Sometimes changes are enough, and sometimes it pays to rebuild.
