How a CRM works for a business like yours
The same system does something different for a plumber than for a clinic. For five industries we've described a model week: real situations from the working day, what the CRM does at that moment and why it pays off. The businesses are illustrative, the workflows aren't. This is how we set up Clientee CRM.
(01) The basics
What every industry has in common
- 01/06
A reply to every enquiry
A missed call, a form, an Instagram message. The customer gets a reply straight away, even when you can't answer.
- 02/06
One overview
Jobs, clients or deals on one board. Everyone knows what needs doing next.
- 03/06
Appointments without phone calls
Site visit, treatment, viewing, service, consultation. The customer picks the time themselves.
- 04/06
Reminders you don't write
Confirmations, reminders and follow-ups go out on their own, in your tone of voice.
- 05/06
A review after every job
The Google review request arrives when the customer is happy.
- 06/06
Customers who come back
Annual service, MOT, the next treatment, a follow-on programme. The CRM knows when it's time to get in touch.

- 02 For clinics and salons CRM for clinics and salons: clients who come back
- 03 For real estate agents CRM for real estate agents: no buyer left without a reply
- 04 For auto repair shops CRM for auto repair shops that remember every car

(03) How it works
From an example to your own system
- 01
Pick the industry closest to yours
The model week shows what the CRM does in a similar business. Your day-to-day will differ in the details, and that's fine.
- 02
On a consultation, we go through your week
Where enquiries get lost, what you do by hand and what could run on its own.
- 03
We set up the CRM around you
We name stages, messages, calendars and reminders the way you talk. Then we train you to use it.
(04) FAQ
Questions about the industry examples
01My industry isn't listed. Will it work for me?
Most likely, yes. Most businesses that deal with enquiries, appointments or repeat customers use the same building blocks. On a consultation we go through which of them make sense for you.
02Are these real case studies?
They are model examples. The businesses are made up; the workflows match what Clientee CRM can do and how we set it up. We publish results from specific clients only with their consent.
03Do I need everything in the example?
No. People often start with one thing, such as texts for missed calls or online booking. You add other parts when you want.
04Who sets up the CRM?
We do. We go through how you work, set up the system, write the first messages and train your team to use it.
