AI voice agents
AI voice agents: the phone gets answered when you can't
When you're under a car or with a patient, an AI voice agent picks up for you. It introduces itself as AI, books the caller into your calendar, and after the call the CRM shows who called and what they wanted. It can also call out: new website inquiries, or past customers who agreed to hear from you. It speaks English, Czech, German, Polish and more.

Two everyday calls: a customer calls you, or the AI calls them. On the left is what gets said. On the right is what goes into the CRM meanwhile, and what happens after the call ends. Try the AI receptionist on your own website →

Where calls slip away today
- 01
The phone rings when you can't answer
It's Saturday at 10:15, you're on a job and the phone rings. The customer tries the next company on the list, and you never find out.
- 02
Website inquiries wait for a callback
An inquiry from your website or an ad comes in at night, and you get to it two days later. By then the customer has spoken to someone else, and the ad money was wasted.
- 03
Nobody calls past customers
You have hundreds of people who bought from you once or asked for a quote and never followed through. You can't call them all by hand, even though that list is often where the easiest next job is.

An AI receptionist can take these calls
It answers at night, at weekends and when your hands are full. It books the caller into your calendar, and after the call you can see in the CRM who rang and what they wanted. On a call we'll go through your numbers with you.

What the AI voice agent handles for you
- 01/06
Outbound calls: new inquiries, reminders, old lists
It calls a new inquiry shortly after it arrives and asks what the customer needs. It confirms appointments, or calls past customers who agreed to be contacted. It sticks to the script we set up together.

An AI receptionist for inbound calls
It answers at night, on weekends or when your hands are full. It answers common questions, finds out what the caller needs and books them into a free slot in your calendar.
- 03/06
Natural speech in your customer's language
It speaks natural English, and Czech, German, Slovak and Polish are supported too, among other languages. It handles names with care. We test the voice in your language before launch.
- 04/06
Transcript and summary in the CRM
When the call ends, Clientee CRM has the transcript, a short summary and the outcome, usually within a minute. The inquiry moves along your deal board and you know what to do next.
- 05/06
Handover to a person
When a caller wants a person or the matter is more complex, the agent transfers the call or books a callback. You get a notification with what was already said, so nobody has to repeat themselves.

- 02
Script and voice
We write the script, the answers to common questions and the rules for handing over to a person, and we choose a voice. You hear all of it first on test calls.
- 03
Connecting your CRM and calendar
We connect the agent to Clientee CRM and your calendar, so every call outcome and booking saves itself. We also check phone number options for your country, or port your existing number.
- 04
Launch and tuning
We go live, listen to the calls and adjust the scripts based on what works. Every month you know what we changed.
(06) FAQ
What people ask about AI on the phone
01Will people know they're talking to AI?
Yes, and that's how it should be. The agent introduces itself as your company's AI assistant right at the start and says the call is recorded. The voice is natural, so people usually carry on and sort out what they called about.
02Is this legal?
Yes, when it's done properly. The agent introduces itself as AI, as the EU AI Act requires, and we handle recordings and transcripts in line with GDPR. For outbound calls, we help you set up who you may call and with what consent.
03Does it really speak my language well?
It speaks natural English, and the supported list also covers Czech, German, Slovak and Polish, among others. It copes with everyday speech and with people correcting themselves mid-sentence. Quality depends on the voice we choose, so we test it in your language before launch.
04What if a customer asks something the AI doesn't know?
It won't make anything up. It says it will check, notes the question and arranges a callback, or transfers the call to you. The question shows up in the CRM, so you have it in writing.
05How long does setup take?
It depends on the number of scenarios and integrations. Simpler setups, such as an AI receptionist or appointment reminders, usually go live within days. Before launch you listen to everything on test calls.
06Where are recordings and transcripts stored?
On the contact in Clientee CRM. Clientee CRM runs on the HighLevel platform, which stores data on servers in the USA. Transfers are covered by a data processing agreement with Standard Contractual Clauses, and HighLevel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We help you set up consent and unsubscribe handling, and who on your team sees what. Have a lawyer review the wording for your privacy policy.
07Will it replace my phone staff?
It takes work off their plate. The AI handles the routine (outbound calling, reminders and after-hours questions), and your people spend their time on calls that need a person and on closing deals.
08Do I need Clientee CRM?
It works best with Clientee CRM, because outcomes, transcripts and bookings are saved automatically. If you use another system, we'll work out with you how to send the data there.
